Emplno Missing When Loading All Timesheets

This troubleshooting article fixes errors with loading timesheets.

When an administrator goes to Enter/Post Payroll, selects Enter Time Sheets, then clicks Load All, this error displays:

Unable to Relocate Emplno

  • Products Affected: Payroll

  • Versions Affected: All

This occurs because the IndivID in awprempl does not match the IndvID in awpremplpay. This table is used when locating the time sheets in Enter/Post Payroll.

  1. To resolve this, perform an ACS backup, then contact Support for further assistance.
  2. Support reps will edit Awpremplpay and delete the lines where Indvid contains -1.
