DBISam engine error 11013 When Printing W-2s
This document provides a solution for the DBISam Engine Error 11013 that occurs when trying to print W-2s in any version of the Payroll product. The error is resolved by gaining full control rights to C:\WINACS and X:\ACSNET directories.
When trying to print W-2s, this error displays:
DBISam Engine Error 11013 access denied to table or backup file.
Products affected: Payroll
Versions affected: Any
For ACS to work properly, all network users need full access to the X:\ACSNET and C:\WINACS directories. X represents your network drive letter.
