Access Violation When Printing Form 941

When trying to print Form 941, one of these errors displays:
Cannot generate report. Access Violation. Cannot generate report, static height detail band cannot fit page.
Products affected: Payroll
Versions affected: Any
The issue occurs due to incorrect printer setup or a problem with the printer driver. The selected printer in the ACS Financial Suite may not be the correct one, or the default options in Printer Setup may not be selected. Additionally, the printer driver for the printer that is not working may need to be reinstalled.
- In ACS Financial Suite, click Printer Setup.
- In the drop-down list, select the correct printer, then click OK.
- In Printer Setup, make sure all default options are selected.
- If this does not work, print to another printer, or reinstall the printer driver for the printer that is not working.
