Terminal Not Ready
When trying to program the bar code scanner for Fixed Assets, this error displays:
"Terminal not ready"
Products affected: Fixed Assets
Versions affected: Any
This occurs because the scanner was connected using the Attendance bar code scanner cable.
Using the RS232 cable that comes with the Fixed Assets scanner, connect directly to the back of hte computer. Do not connect to the keyboard port.
