Unexpected New Family Creation During Student Import
During the import of a HeadMaster student record into Accounts Receivable, a new family is unexpectedly created instead of the student being imported into an existing family.
When I import a HeadMaster student record into Accounts Receivable, the program creates an entirely new family instead of importing the student into an existing family.

Versions Affected: HeadMaster 11.5.1.4 and ACS Financial Suite 11.7.1.4
The issue may occur due to two potential causes. First, the siblings of the student might not have been manually entered into Accounts Receivable and linked appropriately. Second, the records in Accounts Receivable might not have been refreshed before importing families from HeadMaster into the program.
- Manually enter the siblings into Accounts Receivable and link them in Accounts Receivable.
- When you do promotions, refresh the records in Accounts Receivable before importing families from HeadMaster into the program.
