Added payments aren't being saved
This troubleshooting topic addresses the issue where payments added in Accounts Receivable OnDemand are not being saved due to a transaction ID discrepancy between the awartransactiondetail and awartransaction tables, and provides a solution involving database backup and deletion of the problematic transaction ID.
After adding payments, they won't save. Clients are forced to cancel out of the screen.

The issue arises when a transaction ID (tranid) exists in the awartransactiondetail table but not in the awartransaction table. This discrepancy prevents the system from saving the payment.
- Before proceeding, make a back up of the database.
- Delete the tranid from the awartransactiondetail table, and allow the system to save the payment.
