Network Request Unsupported

When trying to print reports in Accounts Payable, this error displays:

Network request not supported.

  • Products affected: Accounts Payable

  • Versions affected: Any

First, restart your workstation.

If this does not work, select the correct printer in Printer Setup and confirm that all four default settings are selected.

  1. In ACS Financial Suite, click Printer Setup.
  2. In the drop-down list, select the correct printer, then click OK.
