AcsExceptions Not Found on Facility Scheduler Login
This error occurs when attempting to log into ACS Facility Scheduler with a user name that is not long enough. The user name must exceed four characters.
When trying to log into ACS Facility Scheduler, this error displays:
"AcsTech.Core.Diagnostics.AcsExceptions+NotFoundException: Conversionl."

This occurs because the ACS Facility Scheduler user name is not long enough. It must be longer than four characters.
- On the Administration tab, click Users.
- In the Actions group, click Add User.
- Enter the individual's last name, then click Search.
- Select the individual and click OK.
- Enter the user name, password, e-mail, and phone information for the new user. Be sure the user name is longer than four characters.
- In the Actions group, click Save & Close.
