Express interest in a new role from your Volunteering/Serving page or from a recruitment post in the Newsfeed.

1. To volunteer from the Opportunities tab on your Volunteering/Serving page:
   1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Volunteering/Serving.
   2. Click the Opportunities tab, then choose Browse by Role or Browse by Team.
   3. To learn what a role involves before you express interest, click View Requirements on the opportunity.
   4. Select the role you're interested in, choose any related roles, then click Submit Your Interest.
2. To volunteer from a recruitment post in the Newsfeed:
   1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click News.
   2. In the opportunity recruitment post, click I'm Interested.
   3. Select the roles, then click Submit Your Interest.
3. To see the roles you've expressed interest in, open the Overview tab on your Volunteering/Serving page.
   Note: While you wait to hear back from a team leader, you can set your serving preferences for those roles. On the Overview tab, click next to the role and select Edit.

See other opportunities available on your team.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Volunteering/Serving.
2. Click the name of your team.
3. In the Your Roles on This Team section of the Info tab, click I'm Interested in Another Role.
4. Select the roles from the list. If there are additional requirements for the role, click View Requirements to see them.
5. Click Submit Your Interest.
6. To see the roles you've expressed interest in, go to your Volunteering/Serving page, then click the Overview tab.
   Note:

   Set Your Serving Preferences

   While you're waiting for a response from a team leader, you can set your serving preferences for the roles you've expressed interest in. On the Overview tab, click next to the role's name, then click Edit to make these changes.

Sign up for a volunteer opportunity on a schedule.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Volunteering/Serving.
2. Click the name of your team, then click the Schedules tab.
3. Click the name of a schedule to view that schedule.
4. Click +Add under a volunteer opportunity to sign up. If you are not currently serving in the role required for that volunteer opportunity, you can click Submit Request to request that role from the team leader.
5. If you want to sign up to serve multiple times for the same volunteer opportunity, select Repeat, then select an option from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Sign Up.
