Vanco Card Reader

Take payments with one swipe using the deskop or mobile card readers from Vanco.

With the Swipe card reader, you can accept payments on your phone or tablet. Once swiped, gifts can be imported from Vanco into PDS.

Order Your Vanco Card Readers

Use our Add-On Service form to request the Vanco Swipe Hardware.

  • You must be a Vanco administrator to order card readers.
  1. In your browser, open the Add-On Service form.
  2. From the drop-down list under I am an existing Vanco client needing to..., select Add Hardware.
  3. Enter your contact information and your organization information, then click Next.
  4. Select the number of desktop readers and/or mobile swipe readers you need, then click Next.
  5. Read the agreement. If you understand and authorize the agreements and forms, add your signature. The current date and time display.
    Tip: If you need to clear your signature and try again, double-click inside of the Signature field.
  6. When you're ready, click Submit.

Once you receive your card readers, you can set up the Service Center within Vanco to use the readers. Review your Vanco documentation for steps on how to do this, and call Vanco Support at 1-888-237-7850 or email them at cs@vancopayments.com if you have any questions.

After that, you can import the gifts from Vanco into PDS!
