PDS Ledger/Payroll 11.3A, releasing for desktop 1-12-26 and OnDemand 1-13-26, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
- We made required changes to federal tax tables for 2026. This includes changes under the One, Big, Beautiful Bill and the Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA).

We made required changes to state tax tables for 2026. We'll continue to update state tables as we receive them.
Note: Some states require program changes, as noted in the tax table documentation, under State Tax Table Information. Please check your state(s) before loading the tax table update. -

Remember, all the windows related to payroll tax setup are available in the Quick Navigator. To get there, click Quick Nav. at the top of your program, then search for the window you're looking for.
- We removed the restriction on backing up data to the Long-Term backup folder. Now, you don't have to be a security administrator to archive data in that location. However, we do still recommend that this folder be used sparingly, only for your most important backups. To learn more, see The Basics of Backing Up Data.
