PDS Ledger/Payroll 11.2H, released for desktop 10-29-25 and OnDemand 10-30-25, offers the following enhancements.

We made required changes to state tax tables for Ohio, effective October 1. If you use this table, you were prompted to install the update when you print paychecks. Visit the IRS website for details on tax changes. For help on PDS tax procedures, see 2025 Tax Information.
- If you require transactions to be posted, you can now choose whether to include the totals of transactions that have not been posted in reports. In the selection window for your report, you'll see an option to Include Totals of Transactions Not Posted. If you don't want to include the totals, clear the checkbox.
- Do you have a suggestion for improving PDS? You can submit an Enhancement Request to share your idea! On the File menu in your PDS program, click Request an Enhancement. This opens the Enhancement Request form in your web browser, and after you fill it out, our team will review your suggestion to determine if it's feasible and useful for a majority of our customers.
