PDS Facility Scheduler 11.2H, released for desktop 10-29-25 and OnDemand 10-30-25, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features

You can choose which calendar(s) are selected by default when scheduling events. That way, you don't have to select that calendar every time for every event. You can still select additional calendars for an event when needed. And if, for any reason, you don't want an event to display on the default calendar, you can clear the checkbox during scheduling.

Set which calendars are always selected by default under . Then, when you create a new event, the default calendars are automatically selected for you!

- On the Daily Schedule, there's a new option to scale the calendar view so all the scheduled facilities fit in the window. That way, you can see more information in the available space.
- Do you have a suggestion for improving PDS? You can submit an Enhancement Request to share your idea! On the File menu in your PDS program, click Request an Enhancement. This opens the Enhancement Request form in your web browser, and after you fill it out, our team will review your suggestion to determine if it's feasible and useful for a majority of our customers.
