Create Conditionals for Online Forms

With conditionals, you can create automated communication through text and email. You can also place individuals into workflow queues and change their statuses in the ChMS.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
You can setup conditionals to automate text or email, place individuals into workflow queues, or change their status in your ChMS. For example, you can make a conditional that adds people interested in joining the church to a track that sends out a welcome email.
  1. Click Online Forms > Forms.
  2. Select the Form Name. This opens the online form dashboard.
  3. On the top right, click Conditionals.
    The Form Fields, Submissions, Conditionals, and Clone buttons. Conditionals is highlighted in orange.
  4. Click Create A Conditional.
  5. Select a person for this conditional to affect.
  6. Drag and drop various conditional fields to the Fields section. You can set more than one conditional.
  7. Drag and drop various conditional results to the Results section. You can set more than one result.
  8. Enter a Conditional Name.
  9. Click Save.
