Set Up Your Global Settings

Global settings serve as the foundational configuration for your Go Method site.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
As a Go Method admin, you'll need to establish your organization's general and global settings. These settings apply to your entire Go Method site and public web page.
  1. Click Admin, then select Settings.
  2. Under General Settings, select Global Settings.
  3. Configure your organization's details:
    1. Choose your preferred Phone Number format.
    2. Select your Default Country.
    3. Select your Time Zone.
  4. Click Save to apply these settings.
Your settings are now active and apply to your entire Go Method site and public web page. Next, consider enabling two-factor authentication for your admins for added security.
