View Past Reports
You can see archived Processing Reports for approximately seven years.
Note: Depending on the user's level of access, certain information may not be accessible/editable.
Processing Reports are archived for approximately seven years.
- In the Vanco Service Center, click .
- To narrow the search, enter a date range (up to one calendar year at a time) and choose the type of report to view.
- Click Search.
- To view the report, double-click the title of the report, or click once to highlight it and click View.
Reports open in a new window. If you do not immediately see the report you've opened, minimize all open windows on your system and reopen them one-by-one until the report displays.
