View Vanco Mobile users
You can see all your mobile users in the Admin portal as well in the mobile app.
- You must enable the community features to see the directory.
View users from within the mobile app:
To view members, tap Directory 
.
All users are visible in the mobile app directory unless they've selected the option to hide their information. Admin users have an icon next to their name.
Note: Keep in mind that members can set their profile option to hide themselves from the mobile app directory.
Suspend a Vanco Mobile user
Suspend a member's access to your Vanco Mobile app.
Note: Admins can suspend a member's access from within the Vanco Mobile app as well. This is explained in the Vanco Mobile User Guide.
- On the navigation menu, click Giving then click Mobile.
- Under the Community section, click View Community Members.
- Select the donors to suspend.
- Click Suspend access.
- Click Save.
Unsuspend a Vanco Mobile user
Restore a suspended member's access to your Vanco Mobile app.
Tip: Admins can reactivate a member's access from within the Vanco Mobile app as well. This is explained in the Vanco Mobile User Guide.
- On the navigation menu, click Giving then click Mobile.
- Under the Community section, click View Community Members.
- Select the donors to unsuspend.
- Clear the Suspend access field.
- Click Save.
