View Group Files
Find, open, and download the files and links shared with a group, including post attachments.
There are two types of group files:
Group Resources - Files and links added by an administrator or user with permission
- Post Attachments - Files attached to Newsfeed posts
Note: To update a file from a Newsfeed post, you must first edit the post and remove the original file. You can then attach a new version of the file to the original post or create a new Newsfeed post with the new attachment.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Groups.
- Click the group's name.
- To view a list of group files, click the Files tab.
- To open the file, click the file's name. If you want to view the post the file is associate with, click the post's name.
