Frequently asked questions about signing in to the Connect app.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve issues signing into the Connect app.
I can't sign in to the Connect app or I receive an Incorrect Credentials error. What can I do?
Do you have an account for the church or parish you're trying to sign in to? If you are not sure, contact a member of your church staff to ensure you have an account. If not, ask someone on your church staff to send you an invite code or email.
- If you have an account, try using texting to login. You will need to enter the email address used by your church to set up your account the first time.Note: The Connect app uses the same email and password as the website. If you reset your password for the Connect app, you must also use the new password when signing into the website.
How do I sign in to the Connect app for the first time?
To sign into the Connect app, you must have an account. If necessary, contact your church staff to create a new account.
If you already have an account, you will use the same email and password to sign into Connect. For more information, see: Create A New Connect Account.
Once you have set up your account, you can download the Connect app. To download the app, on your iPhone or Android device, go to: http://onelink.to/connectappAfter downloading the app, tap to sign in.
How do I reset my Connect app password?
If your password isn't working, you can request an email to create a new password.
Open Connect
and tap Sign in with Email/Password.
Tap Forgot your Password.
Enter your email address and tap Send reset link.
Check your email for an email from Realm. If you don't see it, check your email's spam folder to ensure it wasn't sent there by mistake.
In the email, click the Reset Password link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
