Load Multiple Employees

Load multiple employees to quickly create a timesheet group by department, schedule, or pay type.

  1. On the Enter Hours tab, select Multiple Employees.
  2. Select All Employees for the full list of employees that work at the church. Or, select groups of employees by department, schedule, or type (salaried or hourly).
    Note: Only employees with jobs associated with the current timesheet's bank will load. Existing timesheets will not be overwritten.
  3. Click Add.
    1. If this timesheet is set up for sick leave, select a qualifying reason, and click Save.
    By default, Realm Accounting organizes your employees by entry order.
  4. Adjust the employees' regular hours and overtime, if hourly, or the amount, if salaried.
  5. If you want to organize your employees by last name, clear the Entry Order check box.
    Note: Verify Tax Info

    This message will display under the names of employees who have changed addresses or are missing tax information.
