Print a 941

Print and sign the 941 to submit a paper copy of the applicable forms to the IRS.

You must have accounting administrator permissions to perform this task. See Accounting Roles and Permissions for more information.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Period End > Tax Forms.
  2. On the Tax Forms tab, select the reporting year.
  3. If your Form 941 is complete, click the printer icon. A preview of your 941 displays.
  4. Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF.

E-File a 941

E-file your 941 with Nelco.

Set up an e-filing account with Nelco. You must also register for a 941 signature PIN or enter the one mailed to you by the IRS before you can e-file your 941.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Period End > Tax Forms.
  2. On the Tax Forms tab, select the reporting year.
  3. Click Prepare Forms in the 941 section to ensure data and form totals are correct.
  4. Click E-File in the 941 section.
  5. Click Print 941. A preview of your 941 displays.
  6. Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF.
  7. Once you've reviewed the report and are satisfied, click Upload 941 Form to submit your 941 to Nelco.
  8. Use Nelco's dashboard to complete form submission.
