Parish Life Troubleshooting

- I am unable to log in to Parish Life.
- You may be unable to log in to Parish Life due to incorrect credentials or an outdated browser/operating system.
Solution: If you do not know the email address associated with your account, click Look up email on the Login page. If you do not remember your password, click reset password. Make sure your Internet browser and operating system are up-to-date. We recommend using the latest version of one of the following: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. If your operating system cannot use the latest version of your browser, update the operating system first. Go to whatsmybrowser.org to find out which version you're on.
If you still have issues logging in after trying these solutions, contact your church administrator to review your Parish Life account access.
- I see the message, "Could not load the app."
- This message displays if you try to open Parish Life using a link that was copied from a different web browser.
Solution: The best way to get to the Parish Life login page is to click the link in the welcome email from your parish. Your parish may have also shared their unique Parish Life link on their website. It is safe to click either of these links to open Parish Life in your browser.
We recommend bookmarking this URL in your browser so you can easily open it when you need it.
- I see the message, "Your church administrator is not allowing access to Parish Life at this time."
- This message displays if your church administrator has removed the ability to access the portal. This may be temporary while they update features in Parish Life, or it may be permanent if they've decided to remove your access.
Solution: Try again later, or contact your church administrator to regain access to Parish Life.
- I see the message, "Your parish needs to update the data and has temporarily locked the site."
- This message displays if your church administrator is in the process of updating information in Parish Life. For example, they may be adding additional Mass times or updating contribution information. Depending on the information they're updating, this can take some time. You can still view information in Parish Life while they're updating data, but you cannot edit your profile until they're finished with the process.
Solution: Try again later. If the message persists, contact your church administrator.
- I see the message, "Our server is not available at this moment."
- This message indicates that Parish Life is temporarily unavailable.
Solution: Try again later. If this message persists, contact your church administrator. If you are the church admin, call PDS Support at 1-877-737-4457.
