PDS Ledger/Payroll 11.3B, releasing for desktop and OnDemand 3-3-26, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
State and Local Tax Withholding Fields
- We updated two labels in the State Tax Information and Local Tax Information windows to clarify the purpose of the fields:
- Exemption Allowances is now labeled Withholding Deduction (Sometimes called Exemption Allowances). These are the amounts deducted from an employee's wages before applying the tax rate.
- Tax Credit is now labeled Withholding Credit (Sometimes called Tax Credits or Allowances). These are the amounts subtracted from the tax amount after it's calculated.

We fixed issues that were reported internally to our team.
