PDS DioOffice 11.2G, originally released in September 2025 and re-released for desktop and OnDemand 10-16-25, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
Fund Summary

Now, you can quickly view a summary of fund information—right from your Home Screen! Click Fund Summary, and view either monthly totals for entries made in the last 4 months, or weekly totals for entries made in the last 16 weeks. You'll only see funds you have access to. You can export this information if needed. For steps, see View a Fund Summary.

Tip: Don't want to see the Fund Summary button? You can hide it from your Home Screen.
Better Access to How-to Videos
- You may notice a new button on several windows throughout your program. When you click Watch a Video, your default browser opens with a video that's related to the feature or process you were looking at. You can also explore the how-to steps in the help topic as well.
Excel/OpenOffice Export Message
- We improved the way the report export to Excel or OpenOffice handles locked files. When the program detects that the file you're trying to export to is locked, you're prompted to choose a different file name. Click Retry to rename the file and try again.
Postal Rate Changes
- The USPS updated postal rates, effective July 13, 2025. These changes were made in your PDS program and released on Monday, July 14. Next time you run EZ-Mail, you'll receive a message that allows you to download the new postal forms. For details on the changes, see 2025 Postage Price Changes (USPS website).
Corrections
We fixed the following issue that affected some of our customers:
- If you did not select the option to post fund keywords during Pledge Card Entry, existing fund keywords were being removed from a family's Rates/History/Keywds record.
