If you're part of the Preferred Client Program, you can download the latest desktop version in the Client Portal.

PDS DioOffice 11.2C, releasing for desktop and OnDemand 2-20-25, offers the following enhancements.

New and Improved Features

Families per Parish in Goals
  • When viewing development goals, you can now see the number of families in a parish. This is the total number of active and inactive families, regardless of whether they have contributed. In the Development Funds section, in the Goals window, select Show Count of Families at the bottom to add the "Families" column to the grid.

Delete Personnel Records
  • You can now delete a group of personnel records at one time. You can select individuals or choose a certain type of personnel to delete, such as all Staff records. For details and step-by-step instructions, see Remove Multiple Personnel.

Automatically Size Dashboard Data
  • On the Dashboard, you can now automatically size the graphs to fit your data. Just open the graph, and click Autosize at the bottom. This is useful when you want to see the full picture of the data you're reviewing. For example, the Family Count graph shows the past few months by default. You can autosize to see the full range of data—going back to when you first entered data into the program!
