Online Support and Account Management
Use ACST MyAccount to conveniently access and manage all aspects of your account in one place, including billing and statements, payment methods, support cases, password reset, feature requests, and uploading or downloading files and software updates. All you need is your email and a new password to get started. Remember to bookmark https://account.acst.com.

Open the In-product Assistant for Learning & Support

All support contact options, product content, video, and training resources are now available from within in your product. To launch the in-product assistant, in the upper right, next to your profile, click the Help icon Product support hours are located inside the Assistant.

  • Explore our product content, training and webinar resources, or interact with a community of professionals to learn and solve issues with confidence.
  • Live Chat support is available during for quick questions and real-time guidance.
  • For less urgent requests, tracking and documentation of support questions, you can email support.
  • Direct access to a friendly, live person for urgent or complex needs by phone.
