The Growth Method text inbox stores all messages from all numbers that you've been assigned. This could be a mobile office number or a campaign number. You can assign campaign numbers to multiple people, allowing more than one person to reply to a conversation created by a campaign. You can view all the replies for this conversation - even if you weren't the one to send it!
