Verify a Batch
If you selected the Manually verify all values before continuing check box when creating a batch, you must verify that all the information batch's cards are correct before the batch can be added to the system.
- You must be a Growth Method administrator or a Scanned Cards Admin or Worker to do this.
Verify a batch to ensure that all the information in the batch is correct before uploading it to Growth Method and your ChMS. Multiple users can verify cards at the same time. However, during verification, Growth Method does not allow multiple users to access the same card at the same time.
- Click on the appropriate batch.
- Click Review All Cards.
- Review each card to ensure you enter the correct information into the system.
- To change or correct information, click the field and enter the correct information.
- Choose from one of the following options:
- After completing verification, return to the main menu or reload the page.
The system automatically processes the batch and, if necessary, brings you to the discrepancies window. If there are no discrepancies, the system automatically goes to the data export window.
