Email Domains

Validate an Email Domain

Before you can use an email domain for email communication in tracks, you must validate the email domain in Growth Method.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
  • You must have already added an email domain.
Note: This document assumes that you have knowledge of DNS or have access to someone who can manage DNS for you.
  1. Log in to your DNS manager.
  2. Enter in the CNAME values.
    Note: The host and values that need to be added to your DNS manager appear in Growth Method.
  3. Click Verify.
    If successful, the entries turn green. If there are any issues, they'll appear on the page.
Now any new email communication sent by tracks for this domain will be sent from a span-of-care owner's email address.
