Conditional workflows are rules that Growth Method follows when certain conditions are met - think "if this, then that".

For example, you can create a conditional where if a person fills out a contact form card, then they are added to a specific membership track.

You can create custom workflows from CSV field values or written responses. These workflows can correspond to existing workflows that you've already established in your ChMS.
