Edit a Campaign

You can edit a campaign from the Pledge Campaigns page.

  • You must have the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor permission to perform this task.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Giving > Pledge Campaigns.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the campaign you want to edit and select Edit Campaign.
  3. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
    Note: Campaigns can only be associated with active funds. If you inactivate a fund, it will be disassociated from the pledge campaign.

Edit Campaign Information

Edit the campaign goal amount and/or dates. If you need to edit pledge information, you can do so from the Pledge Campaigns page.

  • You must have the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor permission to perform this task.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Giving > Pledge Campaigns.
  2. Click the campaign you want to edit.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the campaign's name.
  4. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
    Note: You can edit a campaign's date even after pledges have been made to it. However, the start date of the campaign cannot occur after pledges have begun, nor can the end date occur before pledges have ended.

Delete a Campaign

As long as there are no pledges associated with the campaign you want to delete, you can remove it. Deleting a campaign is permanent. Once you've deleted a campaign, congregants can no longer view it or add pledges to it.

  • You must have the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor permission to perform this task.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Giving > Pledge Campaigns.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the campaign you want to delete and click Delete Campaign. You can only delete a campaign with no pledges associated with it.
  3. Click Yes.
