Giving Number Settings

Edit or Delete a Pending Reassignment

Make corrections to your pending reassignment or delete it.

  • You must be an administrator to perform this task. See Responsibilities for more information.
After reviewing the CSV that contains your pending giving numbers, use the steps below to edit your reassignment.
Note: If you refer to giving numbers by a different name and have made changes to reflect it, that name will replace "Giving Numbers" everywhere. For more information on how to customize this, see Customize Existing Profile Fields.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Giving > Settings.
  2. On the Giving Numbers tab, click vertical ellipsis beside the pending reassignment and select one of the following:

    • Edit Reassignment

    • Delete Pending Reassignment

  3. If you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save Reassignment & CSV. If you delete, click Yes, Delete Without Running.
