Delete a Gather Location

You can remove locations you no longer need.

  • You must be an administrator to perform this task.
A location is a physical place that has its own address, such as individual campuses or additional buildings. Locations contain spaces, which are the rooms where events take place.
If you no longer use a location for facility management, you can delete it.
Note: You can't delete a location when it's in use by current or future events.
  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. Click the Locations tab.
  3. Click the more options button next to the location's information.
  4. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
