If a contributor's gift status is Not Migrated, review their gift and update their payment method.
A message displays automatically when you visit the profile of any contributor whose scheduled gifts have not completed migration. We recommend that you review any migrated gifts belonging to that individual and update the payment method if necessary.
In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Giving. Then click Settings.
On the Migration Tool tab, click the name of a contributor whose gift status is Not Migrated.
A message displays asking you to update the individual's payment method.
If you're ready to update, click Review Gift and Update Payment Method.
Note: If you are not ready to update, click Finish Later. You will be asked to review the contributor's gifts and update their payment method the next time you visit the Giving tab on their profile.
Review the gift's information, and make any necessary changes.
