Print Your Giving Statement and Pledge Data

Print your giving statement.

This statement can include nondeductible gifts. It's available to you all year.
Tip: A button specifically for year-end taxes displays from February 1st to April 30th that uses preset filters to accurately print your giving statement from the previous year.
  1. Sign in to your Realm site.
  2. Click Giving in the main menu.
  3. If necessary, click the filter icon to filter which contributions you want to see.
  4. Click the printer icon.
  5. Click Print.
    A preview of your statement displays.
  6. Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF.
    Note: Pledge data displays at the bottom of your statement.

Print a Copy of Your Giving Statement for Year-End Taxes

Print your giving statement for year-end taxes.

From February 1st to April 30th, you can print an accurate copy of your giving statement from the previous year. This statement does not include nondeductible gifts. Use this for tax purposes.

  1. Sign in to your Realm site.
  2. Click Giving in the main menu.
  3. Click 20## Contribution Statement (20## represents the current year).
  4. Click Print.
    A preview of your statement displays.
  5. Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF.
