Can I view and update my giving method in the app?
Currently, you can only do tasks like adding credit card information, viewing scheduled payment information, and editing bank information in the web version of Realm (onrealm.org). However, these are things we hope to add to the Connect app in the future!
How do I manage my Realm account?
Currently, you must log into the web version of Realm (onrealm.org) to change your account password, update your email address, or change your profile information. You can do this by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then selecting My Account. We hope to add account management to the Connect app in the future.
How do I change my notification settings?
To change how the Connect app notifies you:
In the app navigation, open the expanded menu. For Android, tap the expand menu icon. For iOS, tap More.
In the Ways to Notify You section, enter your email address, mobile number for texting, and select whether you want to receive push notifications on your device.
Choose to receive a daily digest (one email per day) of highlights for your groups or teams by email or by push notification.
To customize the type of notifications you receive from your groups and teams, tap the name of the group or team, select the notification methods, then tap Done.
How do text notifications work?
If your church has text messaging, you can enable text notifications. These texts are limited to a maximum of 320 characters. If the text goes over that limit, the message will be truncated, and no additional texts will be sent. If the notification was for an inbox message, you can still go to the inbox to view the entire message. Also, if you enable email notifications for inbox, you can view the message within that email.
How do I delete an Inbox message?
Currently, you can only delete Inbox messages that you have sent. When you delete a message from your Inbox, it will delete the message for everyone else as well, so delete with care! If you want to remove an Inbox message someone else has sent you, you can archive it instead. This moves that message out of your Recent section to the Archived section. In the future, we hope to add a way to delete any message in your Inbox from the Connect app.
How do I delete a chat message?
Currently, you can only archive a chat. This moves the chat into the Archived section of the chat screen. In the future, we hope to add a way to delete chats in the Connect app.
How can I add a person when I'm marking attendance?
Currently, you can only add a person while marking attendance in the web version of Realm (onrealm.org). This is a feature that we hope to add to the Connect app experience in the future!
Why can’t I reply to a post on the newsfeed?
When someone creates a post on the newsfeed, they have the option to turn off replies for that post. So, if you discover you can't reply to a post, this is because the person who created the post chose to turn off replies.
How do I apply a gift to my pledge?
To apply a gift to your pledge:
For iOS, tap the Giving option. For Android, tap the expand menu icon, then tap Giving.
On the Gifts tab, click Make a gift.
Make your gift selections, then click Continue.
Select your payment method, then click Give.
If you gift a fund that you’re already pledging to, the gift is automatically added to your pledge. You can view your updated progress on the pledge bar located on the Pledges tab.

How do I manage my pledges?
Only administrators and staff can edit an existing pledge. Currently, a staff member must log into the web version of Realm (onrealm.org) to edit pledge frequency, remove a pledge, or make any other changes to a pledge. If you have questions about giving or pledges, please contact your organization's Realm administrator.
I can't log in to the Realm Connect app or I receive an Incorrect Credentials error. What can I do?
First, try resetting your password. Tap Forgot your Password to reset your password for your Connect app login. Then, log in with your new password. See below for more information on how to reset your password.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact a member of your church staff to ensure you have a Connect app login. If not, ask someone on your church staff to send you an invite code or email. See below for more information about invite codes and emails.
How do I get an invite to the Realm Connect app?
To log into the Realm Connect app, you must first create a Realm account. Contact your church staff for more information on the method your church uses to allow you to create a new account for the Realm Connect app.
Your church may send you a Realm invite by email.
To create an account for the Realm Connect app:
1- Find the Realm invitation in your email. If you don't see it, check your email's spam folder to ensure it wasn't sent there by mistake.
2- Click the link inside the email.
3- Enter your email address and create a password for your account. You can now log into the Realm Connect app using this account information.
Your church may provide an invite code that you use within the app.
To create an account for the Realm Connect app:
1- Receive an invite code to the Realm Connect app from a member of your church staff.
2- Download the app and launch it on your mobile device.
3- Tap Don't have an account? Sign up.
4- Enter your invite code and tap Continue.
How do I reset my Realm Connect app password?
If your password isn't working, you can request an email to create a new password.
Open the Realm Connect app and tap Forgot your Password.
Enter your email address and tap Send Email.
Check your email for an email from the Realm Team. If you don't see it, check your email's spam folder to ensure it wasn't sent there by mistake.
Click the link inside the email and follow the instructions to create a new password for your Realm Connect app login.
