Someone asked to serve on your team — accept them, or turn the request down.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Volunteering/Serving.
2. Click the team's name.
3. Click View Role Requests.
4. Click next to the name of the volunteer.
5. Manage the role request:

   • Select Accept Request, choose which roles to add the volunteer to the team as, then click Add. If the role has requirements, select the roles the volunteer meets requirements for and click Approve. Otherwise, click Keep as Pending.

   • Select Dismiss Request to dismiss the role request. Enter an optional message to the volunteer about why you dismissed the request and click Send. If you don't want to send a message, click Don't notify instead.
