People Management
Realm provides one-way synchronization with Rock RMS for individual records or profiles. When you add individuals to or update their information in Realm, the information is pushed to Rock, where you'll see the same changes. Realm does not update when an individual's records or profiles change in Rock RMS .
Synchronize Profile Questions
You can synchronize the answers to profile questions asked and answered in Realm.
- You must be a ChMS system admin to do this.
- Under Rock Person Attribute, select the field you want updated when the individual answers the question.
People Mapping
Values or field names are slightly different between various software products. This table indicates how people values or fields are matched during the one-way sync between Realm and Rock.
