Vanco Contributions Do Not Import

When importing online contributions from Vanco Services or text contributions from iDonate through Vanco Services, contributions do not display in the Vanco Import window.

If you have not set up an account, you must first sign up for a Vanco Payment Solutions account. Existing Vanco customers can fill out the ACS Integration Setup Request and send it via fax or web upload. This gives Vanco the approval to integrate your Vanco account with ACS.

Next, follow the procedures to link ACS with Vanco Payment Solutions .

  1. If you have set up an account, click Test Connection.
  2. If the connection test passes, but you still cannot import transactions, verify that you are importing from the correct Vanco Account. The Client ID on the Vanco Confirmation Report must match the Client ID in the Vanco Setup window
  3. If you are importing from the correct account, verify that the fund code numbers in Vanco match the funds codes in Contributions.
    The Vanco funds are located in Vanco under Company Profile > Manage Funds. The funds in ACS Contributions are located in Add/Edit Fund Codes. The funds in ACS Contributions are located in Add/Edit Fund Codes.
    Remember: You can only post gifts to active funds.
