Server Was unable to Process Requests (Constant Contact)

When uploading the Email Plain Paper statement to Constant Contact, this error displays:

Server was unable to process request. The remote server returned an error (400).

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: Any

The same Custom Field was used for Statement Link and Greeting Name.

  1. Click on the Reports Tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go.
  3. Expand Statements and select E-mail Plain Paper Statement.
  4. Click Customize.
  5. On the Report Options tab, under Constant Contact Options, remove the Custom Field from Greeting Name.
