Plain Paper Statement Displays Blank Pages

When previewing the Plain Paper Statement, blank pages display.

  • Versions affected: Any

First, confirm that the correct printer is set up and that all default options are selected.

  1. Under Searches and Reports, click Printer Setup.
  2. In the Printer drop-down list, select the correct printer.
  3. Click OK.
  4. If this does not work, delete the user and add him or her back.

To Delete a User:

  1. In the People or Financial Suites, under Advanced Tools, click the Admin Utilities tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Add/Edit Users and click Go.
  3. Select the user you want to delete, then click Delete.
  4. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes
  5. Click OK.

To Add the User Back:

  1. In Add/Edit Users, click Add.
  2. In the User Name field,enter the same user name as before.
  3. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter the same password as before. If you are not sure of the password, enter "123456" as the password, then have the user change the password after they log in.
  4. Click Next
  5. Optional: Enter the Address and Phone/E-mail information, then click Next.
  6. Select the user's permissions, then Click Finish.
