No Records for Selection when processing the Plain Paper Statement
When trying to print a Plain Paper Statement for a contributor who had gifts for the first quarter but not the second quarter, this error displays:
No records for selection.
Products affected: Contributions
Versions affected: Any
To resolve this error, select to include contributors who have zero contributions during the period on the statement.
For versions 10.6 and below:
- Under Searches and Reports, click the Reports tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go.
- Expand Statements and select Plain Paper Statement.
- Select Customize.
- Under Report Options, select Include if Zero YTD.
- Click Preview.
For versions 11.0 and above:
- Under Searches and Reports, click the Reports tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go.
- Expand Statements and select Plain Paper Statement.
- Select the date range and click Customize.
- Under Records, select Include if Zero This Period.
- Click Preview.
