Name Field is Blank
The Name field is blank in Add/Edit Transactions, and names do not display on reports.

To resolve this issue, change the family position of the Head to Other, then back to Head.
- Under Manage Records, click the Tasks tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Change Family Unit, then click Go.
- Under Move From, click Find Person.
- Select the individual whose family position you want to change and click OK.
- Click Change Position.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
- Select the family position for the individual and click OK.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
- Click Close.
