Invalid Characters Display on Charitable Contributions Report
Invalid characters display when printing the Charitable Contributions Report.

Versions affected: Any
Possible causes include:
the correct printer is not set up
default options are not selected
the user directories must be cleared
- Under Searches and Reports, click Printer Setup.
- In the Printer drop-down list, select the correct printer.
- Click OK.
- Click Clear User Directories
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes
- Select the desired user name, then click Remove All LIsted Files
- Click Exit
