Incorrect Contributor Displays After Scanning a Check
An incorrect contributor displays after a check is scanned.

To resolve this, delete the individual's information in Checking Account Maintenance, then add it back.
- Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
- Select Contributions from the drop-down list and click Go.
- Click on the Checking Account Maint. tab.
- Select the desired individual and click Delete.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
- Click Find Check
- Select the individual for the check, then click Close.
- Reenter the check information or scan the check again in Enter/Post Contributions.
