Incorrect Contributor Displays After Scanning a Check

An incorrect contributor displays after a check is scanned.

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: Any

To resolve this, delete the individual's information in Checking Account Maintenance, then add it back.

  1. Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
  2. Select Contributions from the drop-down list and click Go.
  3. Click on the Checking Account Maint. tab.
  4. Select the desired individual and click Delete.
  5. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
  6. Click Find Check
  7. Select the individual for the check, then click Close.
  8. Reenter the check information or scan the check again in Enter/Post Contributions.
