DBISam Engine Error #8708
When trying to scan checks, this error displays:
DBISam Engine Error 8708. Record has been changed or deleted by another user in table awcb*.
Note: This error can also occur in Checking Account Maintenance or Enter/Post Contributions.
Products affected: Contributions
Versions affected: Any
The user directories must be cleared.
- Click Clear User Directories.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
- Select the desired user name, then click Remove All Listed Files
- Click Exit.
