Bank Rejects or Cannot Use My ACH File
The bank rejects or otherwise alerts you to an incorrect ACH file type. The correct file type should be a text document, and the correct extension should be .txt.
CAUTION: This causes banks to believe the file is a virus.

Versions affected: 11.0 and above
When creating the ACH file in Contributions, the file format does not contain an extension.
Rename the file and add .txt after the file name.
This saves the file type in a format the bank can use.
