Address and Envelope Number do not Display When Entering Transactions

A contributor's address and envelope number do not display in Add/Edit Transactions when entering transactions.

  • Versions affected: Any

The contributor has an incorrect individual number in the ACS tables.

  1. On the Tasks tab, select Change Family Unit and click GO.
  2. Under Move From, click Find Person.
  3. Select an individual and click OK.
  4. Click Change Position.
  5. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
  6. On the Select Family Position menu, select Other and click OK.
  7. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
  8. Select the individual and follow the steps above to move him or her back to the original family position.
  9. Click Close.
