Data Printing Issues on Checkpoint Badge
Guidelines to resolve the issue of incomplete data printing on Checkpoint badges due to incorrect printer settings.
When printing badges in Checkpoint, only half the badge's data prints.

Versions affected: Any
The printing preferences are set to Portrait instead of Landscape.
- On Windows 10: Click Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on the Dymo printer, and click Printing preferences.
- On the Layout tab, change the Orientation to Landscape.
- Click Advanced.
- Change the Paper Size to 30857 Badge Label, then click OK.
