Contributions Troubleshooting

Reassign is Unavailable

The Reassign button is unavailable in Envelope Number Maintenance.

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: Any

You must select a member status to include in the reassignment.

  1. Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go.
  3. On the Envelope Number Maint tab, select the desired Member Statuses.
    The Reassign button will be available.
